Site content is informational. You may view it for lawful personal or business evaluation. Unauthorised scraping, copying of product materials, or interference with site security or payment flows is prohibited.
3. Enquiries and engagements
Website forms and emails are requests for information. A binding project starts only when both parties agree scope, commercial terms and (where applicable) a written proposal / purchase order / contract.
4. Fees and online payments
Amounts shown on invoices or authorised payment links are payable as stated. By paying online you authorise Rasa.AI Labs and its payment partners to process the transaction. Provide accurate billing details. Payment confirmation does not expand scope beyond what was agreed in writing.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds follow the commercial terms of the relevant invoice or contract. Gateway or bank charges may be non-refundable. Contact ranij@rasaailabs.com for billing queries.
6. Intellectual property
Product names (including RasaGenie, HydroPulse and other catalogue brands), website content, designs and deliverables remain owned by Rasa.AI Labs or its licensors unless a contract assigns rights otherwise.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
Website materials are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Rasa.AI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from website use. Contractual liability for paid projects is as set out in the signed commercial terms.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
